Refund Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026We want paying for TallShot Pro to feel safe. This policy is deliberately simple.
1. 14-day guarantee
If TallShot Pro does not work for you — for any reason — within 14 days of purchase, email us and we will issue a full refund. No forms, no interrogation. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method by our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days.
2. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout.
- Include your order reference or license key (either is fine).
3. Subscription renewals
Pro renews yearly. You can cancel the renewal at any time via the link in your receipt email; cancelling stops future charges and your license remains active until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge surprises you, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
4. After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated and the extension reverts to the free tier. Everything free stays free — your captures, files, and the core features are unaffected.
5. Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). This has never needed to happen; please don't be the first.
